The Seller travels and stays in the Bay Area for 1 week during tax season in order to meet and collect data from clients. During this collection period the Seller uses a short-term & temporary office rental. With the exception of any simple returns, the Seller will take all collected documents back to their home office to complete the tax returns. The Seller typically completes returns 2-3 weeks after documents are received and will mail the final return to the client or finalize electronically. There is a limited part-time admin who works approximately 15 hours a week during tax season and around 5 hours a week in the off-season however, they do not plan on returning after the sale.
